TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. WOMEN'S COMMANDO KRAV MAGA GOLD CLUB MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS:

1. I understand that enrolling for the Women's Commando Krav Maga Gold Club membership is an optional choice and not a requirement for passing the Women's Commando Krav Maga Instructor Certification Course. However, I understand that I can only register to become a WCKM Gold Club member if I am a certified WCKM Instructor.

2. By choosing to register for the Women's Commando Krav Maga Gold Club membership, I will enjoy all the benefits of being a WCKM Gold Club member as listed in this agreement.

3. I agree that my WCKM Gold Club yearly membership will be paid monthly at a rate of only US$39.95 which will be deducted on the 1st day of each and every month. However, on the initial month that I register, if it does not fall on the 1st of the month, my cost will be pro-rated accordingly. Should I decide to discontinue after my 1 year period, I understand that I must present Combat Survival Inc with 30 days written notice of my decision after which time my membership benefits will also be discontinued along with the removal of any and all media related to Women's Commando Krav Maga on my web site, training facility, programs and any other form of promotions related to myself or my business. Otherwise, I understand that I will automatically be renewed as a Gold Club Member for the following year.

4. As a WCKM Gold Club Instructor, my personal profile will be posted on the official Women's Commando Krav Maga web site. I understand that it is my responsibility to keep my instructor profile current by providing up to date information.

5. As a WCKM Gold Club Instructor, I will be provided with ongoing marketing and operational support including advertising materials, logos and business card templates through the online Gold Club Member Resource Center.

6. As a WCKM Gold Club Instructor, I will be entitled to a discount of 25% on all Combat Survival/ Commando Krav Maga/Women's Commando Krav Maga merchandise.

7. As a WCKM Gold Club Instructor, I will receive FREE WCKM student certificates from WCKM Headquarters upon my request. I understand that the certificates will only be sent after my students pass their WCKM test and once I’ve submitted their email information.

8. As a Gold Club Member, my commission rate for the Affiliate Program will be 25% on all sales made through my website.
